Library Hall
About Library
All the admitted students get their library membership upto 31st
August. Those who will not have membership till date will be charged
Rs. 25/- fine.
Students has to collect a Library B.T. from the Library.
Library will remain open from Morning 10.30 to Evening 5.30 for
the students.
Members should keep silence in reading hall.
Girls Concessions
1.
E.B.C
This concession is available to Senior
College students belonging to economically backward classes. As
per GR. No. FED/1096/P.1978/96/ of June 5, 199, this facility is
provide three children only, for students whose parents’ income
is less than Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000/- annum. Urban candidates
have to produce a certificate to this effect to this effect issued
by the concerned Tehisildar, while rural students have to produce
a certificate issued by the Sarpanch. The as should also be accompanied
by two photo copies of the ration card

This concession is available to Senior
College students belonging to economically backward classes. As
per GR. No. FED/1096/P.1978/96/ of June 13, 1996, this facility
is provide three children only. Teachers working in Zilla Parishad
school should have the application countersigned by the Education
officer. While teachers of private school should have the a countersigned
by the competent authority. The application should be accompanied
by two copies of the ration card

This concession is available senior and junior
college students who are thee dependents of M High School teachers.
As per the G.R. of 19-9-1985, this facility is offered to two children
of teachers working in Zilla Parishad school should have the application
countersigned by the Education officer. While teachers of private
school should have the application countersign competent authority.
The application should be accompanied by two photo-copies of the
ration card.
Note:-
As per the February 8, 1968 GR.No. FIPS/1069/8512/C
of the Department of Education are welfare, the above concession
are not available to the fourth and subsequent child born after
15,1968

Ex- Army men
This concession is available senior and junior
college students who are the dependants of ex army-men. The application
should carry the signature and stamp of a competent officer of the
Board.
College Examinations
1.
All students will have to compulsorily appear for the following
Examinations. Unit test, as per schedule notified by examination
committee.
2.
Annual preliminary exams in the second week of February.
3.
First term examination will be compulsory for B.A. & B.Com students.
4.
Students remaining absent exams without sufficient reason be fined
suitably. Apart from action. A score of less than the examinations
will be the shall be penalized according with persistently good perform
tests & annual preliminary incentive.
Special Incentive Marks Scheme- (Maximum 10 marks to
be awarded
Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University has passed on ordinance
( No.1/85 ) amended by on 7/1987,8/1990,2/2001 to award incentive
marks to examinees with the purpose of encore participate in the extra-curricula
activities listed below
The incentive marks are awarded up to maximum of 5%
of the total marks of all papers taken.
Out of the incentive marks earned by the students, some
or all of the marks may be added to scored in any one subject to
held the examinee reach up to the minimum passing marks, If
so they are not so required, the marks will be added to the total
marks scored in all the subjects together
