This College was started in 1990 with. the faculty of arts & Commerce. This Cooege has been started as a center of higher education by shri Shivaji Education Society, Amravati This College is approved for 2f & 12 B From UGC. New Delhi.
Therefore UGC has been Constantly providing funds/grants for development of College. College is afficiated to SGBAU, Art student from the rural area & ofething benefit of this college to enhance there academic & cultural developments. The college has well Established Library a administrtion office & number of clase rooms. The college has sports graund & sports instrument for the students. College always maintain tradition of good academic result of standerd from the University.
The college has been accredited by Naac, Banglore with 'C++'grade In the academic Year 2007-08 UGC. New Delhi Sanctioned a women hostel for the college. This facility will soon be avlible to the students of rural area. Well qwalified and having social interest techers are the strength of the college.
